Hello,

My name is Srinithi Sridhar and I am a counselling psychologist/ therapist.

Therapy is a collaborative process and a journey of introspections and reflections.

I understand that it can be hard to re-live painful experiences when you don’t feel safe. Hence, I hope to create a space with you and for you where you can feel comfortable and warm as we explore your concerns together.

I hope to help you develop behaviours and a mindset that helps you heal from past trauma through the insights you gain during this process.

My aim as a therapist is to help you feel empowered to own your experiences, find the courage to let go of what feels unhelpful, and embrace your authenticity.
